If SlAcknowledge isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. No conditions and no exceptions - just email us with your purchase email and we'll take care of it.

Every subscription also starts with a 14-day free trial of the paid features. No credit card is required to start it, so you can install SlAcknowledge, connect it to your Slack workspace, and confirm it works for you before you pay anything.

03Paddle handles billing as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, applicable sales tax / VAT / GST collection, chargebacks, and refund processing, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

To request a refund, contact support@slacknowledge.com with your purchase email. We'll process it through Paddle.

04How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Use the customer portal link in your purchase confirmation email (provided by Paddle), or
• Email support@slacknowledge.com with your purchase email address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. The app will continue to function until the end of the period, after which license validation will fail. Your locally stored settings stay on your Mac.

05What happens if a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline), Paddle will retry the charge over several days. During this period, your subscription remains active. If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled automatically and the app's license validation will fail. You can resume by updating your payment method in Paddle's customer portal.
